The Originale
The fruit of three year's attention

Our 100% French spat are carefully raised in the oyster beds of Utah Beach in Normandy, a region renowned for its plankton-rich waters. For several months, our oysters develop under the watchful eye of our teams of passionate oyster farmers. Our Perle Blanche l’Originale® oysters are then refined in Charente Maritime to bring out their high meat content, slightly sweet hazelnut taste and regular shape.

The Excentrique
"Lace in the open sea"

Our White Pearl Oyster is raised in the Bay of Quiberon, lying on the sand between 3 and 10 meters deep.

You will recognize it with its unique and serrated shape that results from 3 years of life in freedom without human action. A meaty oyster with a slight nutty taste combining notes of sweet and iodine at the same time, it is the signature of French gastronomy par excellence.

Our oyster the White Pearl Eccentric received the silver medal at the 2024 General Agricultural Competition!
