We support the Fondation École de Félix, which is recognized as being of public utility, and whose mission is to fight against poverty by promoting education in the Ankarana National Park region of Madagascar. Guillaume Gomez, Ambassador of French Gastronomy and food industries, is committed to the Fondation École de Félix with his association.
Together, they initiated the Guillaume Gomez Institutes of Culinary Excellence to train the most underprivileged young people to the professions and values of gastronomy, enabling them to access quality jobs.

Les forêts de palétuviers, ou « mangrove », sont un écosystème exceptionnel et irremplaçable, à la fois fragile et limité. Elles sont extrêmement sensibles aux variations de la salinité de l’eau et aux changements climatiques. Indispensable parce qu’elle constitue un habitat vital pour l’essentiel des espèces marines et terrestres, la mangrove forme une protection naturelle de notre domaine biologique, une « ceinture verte » naturelle. C’est aussi un immense potentiel de compensation du carbone pour l’ensemble des activités de notre maison.
